My path to yoga began in the early aughts. Having suffered from migraines and chronic pain most of my young adult life, I sought relief in the form of movement. Something about yoga clicked for me. The more I practiced, the less daily pain I experienced, both physically and mentally. 

An experienced yoga instructor since 2017, my goal has long been to devote my professional life to sharing the gift of yoga with others. After spending 15 years in education, I am honored to join you on your journey to wellness. I truly believe yoga is for all bodies, minds, and hearts. My classes are inclusive and gentle as I believe in a trauma-informed approach.
